Each plant comes with detailed care instructions, but generally, most plants thrive with proper lighting, watering, and occasional feeding. Check your specific plant’s needs on our website!

We take great care in packaging, but if your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right. Remember, shipping can make some leaves drop and the plant could look a little sad, but if you water it and give it love, it usually will thrive again within 24-28 hours upon opening.

Some plants are safe for pets, while others are toxic. Each product page includes pet safety information—always double-check before purchasing.

Due to the nature of live plants, we don’t accept returns, but we do offer refunds or replacements for plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy.

We ship plants within 2-5 business days, with most orders arriving within 7 days. Live plants are shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays. Depending on extreme weather conditions, sometimes plants will not be shipped out, but we will ship as soon as we know your plant will be safe.
